We are proud to unveil CALA, our latest interior design project in Burleigh Heads. Collaborating closely with the visionary developers at CS Collective on this exclusive high-end development, our interior design team meticulously curated the interior finishes and furnishings across the four immaculate levels. 

A carefully selected palette balances refined textures with functional design, ensuring every detail complements the architectural integrity of the space. Light-filled spaces are enhanced by organic material selections such as imported travertine and oak flooring, bringing sophistication throughout. 

Residence One offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, and a multipurpose space. The exterior, inspired by the surrounding natural beauty, features cascading greenery that wraps around the home.

A private rooftop hosts the wellness retreat, complete with an infrared sauna, ice bath, heated pool with spa jets, alfresco rain shower, bar area, and outdoor dining space, all while enjoying breathtaking views of Burleigh Heads and the ocean.

With bespoke finishes throughout, CALA exemplifies sophisticated coastal living. Steps away from Burleigh’s iconic beaches and the vibrant James Street precinct - this is where luxury meets laid-back coastal charm.
