Welcome to Soleil - a sculptural coastal villa by Jayson Pate, shaped by soft curves, natural materials and a calm, refined palette.
We were engaged to bring the final layer of styling to support its sale campaign, adding warmth and a lived-in feel without taking away from the architecture.
Our approach was centred on gentle textures, organic forms and pieces that echoed the home’s rhythm. In the key living areas, bedrooms and outdoor spaces, we focused on creating small moments of comfort to help future buyers imagine how it might feel to live here.

El Fin
Set high in the Gold Coast hinterland, El Fin is a home that doesn’t hold back. Conceived as a true entertainer’s estate, every element has been considered at scale. From the infinity pool with its fire pit centrepiece to the rooftop golf green, cinema and cocktail bar, the home leans into experience, atmosphere and impact.
