The Manhattan
Step inside The Manhattan - our coastal apartment transformation, designed for luxury living with soul.
Located right on the beachfront in Surfers Paradise, this entire-floor residence is the perfect example of our full-service interior design offering. We worked closely with the owners on a complete renovation, reimagining every detail from fixtures and finishes to furniture and styling to create a home that feels both elevated and inviting.
Our design process included a reworked floor plan to better suit the needs of a family, ensuring the flow and function of the space made sense for how they live day to day. The brief was to keep the apartment’s original appeal, a nod to the owners' theatre background, while bringing in a modern coastal feel. The result is a calm, minimal base layered with vibrant accents, natural textures and premium materials throughout.
We used thoughtful design choices and high-end finishes at every turn, including CDK Stone benchtops, brushed nickel tapware by Brodware, custom New Age Veneers cabinetry and warm timber flooring. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sweeping views of the Gold Coast from every room, The Manhattan captures the essence of refined coastal living.

RECENT PROJECTS
Solana
Perched high on Burleigh Hill, Solana is a home with an incredible presence.
Bold in its architecture yet calm and considered in the details, Solana is an architectural masterpiece designed by Reece Keil Design and built by Jtech Design & Construct.
Kira & Kira were engaged to style the property for sale and to bring warmth and a lived-in feel to the already beautiful interiors.
With a refined palette of stone, timber and soft curves to work with, our styling focused on pieces that felt relaxed and natural, while still highlighting the scale and flow of each space. The idea was to create an atmosphere that felt welcoming and inspiring, helping potential buyers not only see the home but feel how it could be theirs.
