Introducing Ayla, a boutique collection of eight refined coastal residences developed and built by Highlife Property Group. Set on sought-after Albatross Avenue and just a short walk from Nobby Beach, Ayla offers a balance of sophistication and relaxed beachside living.
We partnered with Highlife to bring the space to life through furniture and styling. Our brief was to create interiors that felt elevated yet comfortable, with spaces that reflect the laid-back rhythm of life by the coast and finishes to match the architecture. We created an earthy palette paired with natural textures to set the tone for our selections. Drawing from the surrounding landscapes, we purposefully selected artworks by local creatives to create personality and a sense of place.
From the honed limestone benches and oak cabinetry to the considered lighting and warm timber flooring, Ayla is a masterclass in understated luxury. With secure parking, private rooftop terraces, magnesium pools and saunas available in select apartments, this collection of residences brings a new level of calm, coastal elegance to the Gold Coast.
