“I painted this piece after many warm and balmy summer afternoons on the coast. It captures that time at dusk when we would take slow and mindful walks on the beach collecting shells, reflecting on the day that was. Sometimes we’d walk to dinner, skin sun-kissed and with salty hair, the coastal breeze a welcome visitor.”
