This protective Umbrella Cover keeps your Go-Large umbrella canopy looking like new and minimises wear and tear when not in use.

Features:

  • Basil Bangs signature trims on high quality, outdoor canvas material
  • Strong UV fade resistance and waterproofing
  • A heavily reinforced tapered end (so it won’t tear or split)
  • Colourful, outdoor anti-corrosion zipper
  • A sturdy aluminium rib along one side for easy installation in approximately 10 seconds flat! Simply hold the rib & slip the sleeve over the top of the umbrella and zip it down so it’s nice and snug.

Care:

  • Collapse your Go Large umbrella and secure it with the strap.
  • Unzip the protective cover and holding it by the aluminium rib, slide it over the top of the umbrella and down over the canopy.
  • Making sure the canopy is secured safely inside the cover, zip it up and Voila! Your umbrella is now ready for bed.
  •   * Please ensure the canopy is completely dry before storing your umbrella.

FURNITURE

As each furniture piece is handcrafted to order, once an agreed deposit or full payment is received no refund is available if you wish to cancel the order. This applies to both pieces from the general Kira & Kira furniture collection and custom projects.

All Kira & Kira furniture cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a product fault. We ensure the quality of our design and workmanship is of the highest standards before dispatch with every piece quality checked, but if an issue does arise please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. Proof of purchase and evidence will be requested.

Freight charges for returned goods shall not be accepted by Kira & Kira unless authorised. 

Once your order has been confirmed and proceeded to production, any requests for changes need to be discussed directly by contacting Kira & Kira. We will do our best to accommodate your requests where possible, but can not guarantee changes can be made as this is dependent on how far the order has progressed. Variations may incur additional costs.

Product delivery times are provided as an estimate only. Kira & Kira cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery. We work with very reliable suppliers and will do our best to ensure accurate timeframes are provided but in some cases this is out of our control and no refund/exchange/credit can be provided due to any delay in delivery.   

HOMEWARES / GIFTS / JEWELLERY / ART

Products may be exchanged or a store credit issued at any time within 14 days of the date of your purchase at our sole discretion. Goods must be returned in the original condition they were purchased with any packaging and tags still attached. Please choose carefully as no exchange/credit is available on sale items, art, or products ordered in specifically for clients. 

Refunds are not offered except in the case of defective or damaged goods. All faults or defects should be reported to Kira & Kira within 7 days of the defect or fault appearing to avoid any further damage. 

Lay-by's can be canceled at any time however if a lay-by is terminated by the customer, it is up to Kira & Kira's discretion to charge a 15% termination fee of the total price of the goods purchased. This will generally be the first payment when initiating a lay-by that is forfeited. 

Please note exchange or store credit is not available on earrings in the interest of hygiene.

For all returns, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded.
