Introducing: Mitchell English

Discovering local artist and sourcing new, original work gets us all kinds of excited. We recently reached out to Mitchell English, an Australian artist with a career spanning over thirty years.

Some describe Mitchell's work as "surf art" with a deep and undeniable Australian coastal aesthetic.

Mitchell is mid-career artist with an extensive professional practice. He has made a point of never living more than walking distance to the sea. An avid surfer, his paintings speak of time wasted beautifully in search of the perfect wave. He currently resides and paints in the sea side community of Noosa Heads Australia, where some of the best waves in the world can be found.

Mitchell's great talent doesn't end at painting, he is also a ceramicist and has exhibited in multiple locations all over Australia. We are honoured to have met Mitchell and share his works with you all. We can't wait to see whats next.
