Hearts on Fire 2025 is an original artwork from the Peace Collection by Jay Feather.

"This original piece is an expressive painting. I started the work painting outside with my son, Max, who is 4. We painted at my house near the beach and not in my studio. Sounds of waves in the background. My son painted some small marks at the top right side of the piece - the brightest marks in the work and a little fire engine at the top (which may disappear around the edge of the painting once framed). This is where the name 'Hearts on Fire' came from.

This feeling of energy that my son brings came through into the work, and the energy of the sounds of the ocean. My son and I were thinking of people in the world and thoughts of freedom and happiness, and peace for the world and this painting was made. Lots of emotion can be felt overall, and I hope you feel it too. This work is very special to me and also represents family and love. There are birds, water and sun rays within the piece and many more things to find."

"This original piece is from my Peace collection - a series of works about feeling welcomed and accepted ~ feeling free to be, to feel safe. I will be donating money from any sale of the Collection to children in Gaza. I feel a strong need to help in any small way."
